“I had one of three 21 year old a/c units go out and made the daunting decision to get all three replaced. Lots of choices and decisions to make, but DR HVAC Services was a great choice! From initial discussion with the sales person who came out to get info for the quote, to the final install, they were prompt, professional, great install crew, and they had experience with the newer A/C models which are more complex and more energy efficient. As part of their quote, they included surge protection on *both* the outside compressor and the inside blower/heater. They understand that the new units have much more electronics to provide the precise temp/humidity control and need that protection. It really was an A+ experience. I highly recommend them.”

After performing his maintenance check, Abdul showed me what to watch for as my 22 year old system is about to need some major repairs or up keep. He told me who to call and talk to about parts. He answered every question and was a very patient teacher to someone who knows nothing about AC units.
