From initial discussion with the sales person who came out to get info for the quote, to the final install, they were prompt, professional, great install crew, and they had experience with the newer A/C models which are more complex and more energy efficient. As part of their quote, they included surge protection on *both* the outside compressor and the inside blower/heater. They understand that the new units have much more electronics to provide the precise temp/humidity control and need that protection. It really was an A+ experience. I highly recommend them.”
