“We knew our thermostat was not acting correctly. But the was just the tip of our issues. It turned out the coil had a leak, that was filling the return airflow area and seeping into a closet and out under our wood flooring! Isaac came on a Friday initially to address the whole system. When the first small repair allowed me to find more water leaking, he retuned and worked more that day in our attic – going the extra mile. He also returned the following Monday with new parts to be installed. We appreciate his time and effort to fix the whole issue, especially when it was not a simple or easily accessible fix.”

“My home central air stopped blowing cold yesterday afternoon and within an hour the temperature his 78 degrees. I called and talked to Marge who notified Isaac who showed up within 30 minutes and determined that the outside temperature had caused the compressor to shut down. He trouble shot the system and everything else was in good shape and waited a few minutes and the compressor came back on and the temperature immediately began to drop. The system has run fine since and to make it all better I was not charged for the service call. I have been with this company back when the were Arise Air for almost 20 years and remained with them when it was sold to the new owners and the quality of service has not changed one bit. I would recommend them to anyone with no reservation.”

“I was told by my A/C installer that my two year old unit was out of warranty . I called Carrier and they told me I still had three years on the warranty! They recommended DrHVAC so I called for a second opinion. They came out within hours to evaluate my unit and had it fixed by that evening. “I was struggling with the air quality in my newly purchased home and I needed to do a great deal of troubleshooting to determine how to remedy it. The first thing I did was have Arise Air install a REME Halo (since I'd benefited greatly from one in my prior home), but this didn't end up resolving my air quality problem. I'm grateful that DR HVAC Services continued to troubleshoot the situation with me until it was eventually resolved. Throughout the entire process, they were always a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, professional, and did great work. They were also patient with me, listened to my ongoing concerns, and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me get to the bottom of what was perpetuating this condition in my home. I learned a lot from them as they explained new things to me while presenting me with options along the way for my consideration, without ever pressuring me into feeling like I needed to buy anything. I came to these conclusions on my own, and they then worked with me to get each project done, and done right and in a timely manner. My situation ended up being complicated and unlike anything they'd seen but they worked with me, step-by-step throughout the entire process, from beginning to end until my air quality situation was completely resolved. They also listened to my concerns, and the feedback that I received from other contractors, and together we were able to completely resolve my air quality situation and I couldn't have done it without DR HVAC Services' help. I will continue to work with them now in terms of maintenance, and will without any hesitation recommend their services to others, whether it be to install a REME Halo, new HVAC system, or install new ductwork . . .
