We called them, they came out promptly, assessed the repair, went to get the parts needed and came back to fix it! We can’t thank them enough!”

“I manage a few commercial office spaces and David is my go-to guy for anything HVAC related. He’s been taking care of our office heating & cooling needs for longer than I’ve been in my role. Recently we reconfigured our office space which required some rearranging of our HVAC ducting. David and team quickly and efficiently reconfigured our new space. Once we started moving into the new space, we noted that offices along a wall with windows were getting a lot warmer than the other interior offices. David stopped by and adjusted all the supply dampers to re-balance the airflow with a bias toward the offices with windows. This along with some thermostat adjustments seems to have completely rectified the issue. David could have charged us for his time in adjusting dampers and consulting on other possible approaches to fixing the issue, but he didn’t… he provided the service and time completely complimentary. Very much appreciated by a long-term customer. If you have commercial HVAC service, maintenance & repair needs, David P. and company can’t be beat for their reliability, timeliness, honesty and ability to get the job done. “We are so pleased with the service provided by DR HVAC Services. Having our AC break down in the middle of summer was stressful, but Larry & his team at Arise made the process of replacing our system very easy & straightforward. They provided us with several quotes on different systems and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one of them. We got all the information we needed to make an informed decision and we are so happy with the new unit we got. They came by the house and dropped off a couple of window units to make our house more comfortable while we got our replacement.
The Arise team showed up bright and early on the day of the install. They covered the floors and were diligent at cleaning their working area and leaving the house just the way they found it. One team worked replacing the furnace and the coil while a separate team installed the outside condenser. “Our Ac went out on the 4th of July. Called First thing in the morning on the 5th, and Craig was out within an hour. Determined that it was time to replace the entire unit with a new one. It wasn't going to be until Monday, before we could get it installed, so Craig was able to band-aid our unit to get us through the weekend. First thing Monday morning Craig showed up to take delivery of the new unit and get the crew started with the install. Then Larry the owner showed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. Within a few hours the new AC was installed, and now my house is the coolest it has ever been. The whole process was smooth and painless for us. “It all started with a horrible nightmare with a home warranty company that referred Arise to me when my heat died… but rather than taking the side of the warranty company, Larry and Robin protected me, the victim of a dishonest home warranty company, by backing me up with his professional diagnosis and the actual pricing to the home warranty company in court! At the end, even though the home warranty company won (they hired expensive lawyers…) it made sense to simply install a new HVAC unit on my own and Arise did a great job, patiently explained to me my different options, and the job was done quickly and professionally. It has been almost a decade since the installation and Arise has helped me upkeep my system on a regular basis and repaired a couple of problems and helped us use our warranty so that there was no out of pocket cost. Honest, friendly, quality service company. I'd recommend it to anyone.”
