“I was visiting my mother in-law over the weekend and the AC unit went out. We made a call Sunday morning and a service technician (Craig Meek) was here within the hour. He was friendly and courteous and found the problem within 10 minutes (failed compressor capacitor). Repair was complete within 30 minutes.
