DR HVAC Services performs preventive maintenance for commercial clients in our service area on a “call in” basis or under a preventive maintenance contract. When performing preventive maintenance for our customers, we have a three-fold goal: 1) to perform a thorough inspection, identifying and replacing any components that are functioning at less than peak performance in order to avoid emergency breakdowns, 2) to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning condenser coils, clearing drain lines and replacing worn belts, and 3) to ensure your HVAC system is performing at peak efficiency.

Filter Service

Filter replacement service is available on an as-needed or contracted basis. Regular filter maintenance is your first line of defense in keeping your HVAC equipment performing as needed. Many commercial systems require a ladder to access filters in the ceiling or on the rooftop and your staff may not be equipped to do this. DR HVAC Services is ready to provide no-hassle filter service for you. We will manage the scheduling so you don’t have to worry about it.
