“Found them by chance. My AC had gone out the night before, and I saw the truck the next day in my neighborhood. I called and spoke to Marge, who was very helpful, and after a brief hold, she told me the team down the street could come by after. Levi and his team showed up and took the time to talk to me and explain what they saw and options to get things resolved. They also found an issue that would have happened later and showed me that a part was failing. Which they were able to repair quickly along with being cost-effective. I would not hesitate to recommend Arise to anyone with a cooling and heating issue. I will be using them going forward for any heating and cooling issue I have. I'm looking at using their services to add an ac unit to a part of the home not currently cooled.”
