Prompt, Professional and Diagnosed the Problem Quickly
Our AC unit was not working and of course it was when it was over 90 degrees. I called DR HVAC after work and Richard was able to come out first thing the next morning. He was prompt, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly! He called his parts distributor who had the sensor in stock (bonus) and was able to install it and get my AC unit working!
